Email nacar.dev@gmail.com. To help us investigate, include:

• a short description of what happened and what you expected;
• your Quiz Flux username, if available;
• your device model, operating system version, and Quiz Flux app version; and
• a screenshot of the issue when it is safe to share one.

Do not send your password, Apple Account password, Google password, verification codes, or other authentication secrets.

Account and Sign-In Help

If a sign-in attempt fails, confirm that the device is online and try the same sign-in method originally used for the account. For password-reset or email-verification issues, check spam and filtered folders before contacting support.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account inside Quiz Flux from Settings. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page.

Report Content or Appeal a Moderation Result

Use the in-app report and block controls for inappropriate profiles. To report an issue you cannot submit in the app, or appeal an automatically rejected photo or username, email nacar.dev@gmail.com. Include your username, the approximate time, and a short explanation. Do not attach sensitive images or authentication secrets. We can investigate mistakes, explain the applicable rule, or help you choose a suitable replacement.

Automated checks may temporarily be unavailable or reach their processing limit. In the moderated image flow, your previous approved or default avatar remains visible in that case; gameplay stays available. Older Android releases may still use their previous photo flow during the compatibility transition.
