Üçlü (“High Three”) is a card game developed by Nacar. This policy explains what information the game uses and how.

In short: the game sends no information about you to us.

1. What stays on your device

Your settings, statistics and records, achievements, chosen card back and table theme, and any unfinished game are stored only on your phone. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game deletes them from the phone.

If your phone’s own backup is turned on (to your Google account on Android, to iCloud on iPhone), this information may be included in that backup and comes back when you reinstall the game. The backup belongs to your account; we cannot see it.

2. No account

The game does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address or location.

3. No ads, purchases, analytics or tracking

The game contains no advertising, in-app purchases, analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell any data. Apart from the optional connection in section 4, the game sends no data off your phone.

4. Google Play Games and Game Center (optional)

If you choose to connect, the achievements you unlock and your progress towards them are sent to Google Play Games on Android or to Apple Game Center on iPhone. These services are run by Google and Apple: your player profile (player name and avatar), your achievements and the service’s own diagnostic data are covered by their privacy policies (Google, Apple). You can manage or delete that data in your Google or Apple account settings.

To know which achievements it has already sent, the game keeps a short one-way code derived from your player ID on your phone. It does not keep the ID itself and never sends the code anywhere.

The whole game can be played without connecting.

5. Children

The game collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its new effective date.
