These terms apply from version 1.0.1 of the game.

These terms set out the rules for playing High Three: Card Game (Üçlü: Kart Oyunu). The game is published under the name “Nacar” by İzzet Nacar, an individual developer (“we”). By using the game you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained separately, in the Privacy policy: https://apps.barannacar.com/uclu/en/privacy/. These terms do not ask for your consent to any data processing. For players in Turkey, the Turkish text governs; this English version is a translation.

1. The game

  • The game is free and has no purchases. It is supported by ads, which Google AdMob shows.
  • Games against the bots play offline.
  • Online play is optional, needs an internet connection and runs on Unity’s servers.

2. Anonymous account

  • The first time you open Play online, an anonymous account is made on Unity’s servers. No name, e-mail or password is asked for.
  • Your nickname comes from fixed lists; your character is one of the game’s characters.
  • The account is tied to this phone; it reaches a new phone only through your phone’s own backup. Uninstalling the game does not delete it.
  • You can delete your account and online data at any time: Play online > Edit your profile > Delete my online data. After uninstalling, a deletion request needs the account ID shown on your profile, so keep a note of it.

3. Fair play and conduct

  • The server runs the game. Do not try to cheat or disrupt it: for example with a modified app or an automated tool, by overloading the server, or by exploiting a bug or weakness.
  • There is no chat; only the game’s preset messages can be sent. You can choose not to see your opponent’s messages.
  • The online table rules, such as the turn time and leaving a game, are on the game’s “How to play” page. When your time runs out, when you resign or when your connection is lost for too long, the game goes on or ends by those rules.
  • You can block and report a player who bothers you at the end of the game. You will not be paired with a player you blocked again. We review reports.
  • We may delete the online account of a player who breaks these rules.

4. The service may change or stop

  • Online play runs on a free server quota. The tables may sometimes be full; we may limit, change or close online play without notice. You may need to update the game to play online.
  • If online play closes, games against the bots keep working on your phone.
  • The designs, themes and Coffeehouse pack you unlock with rewarded ads are in-game rewards: they have no money value, are kept on your phone and may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. We may change how often ads appear and the terms of these rewards in new versions.

5. Ads

  • We do not choose the ads; Google shows them. If you see an inappropriate ad, tell us through Settings > Ads and privacy > Report an ad.

6. No warranty

  • The game is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always work, without interruption, without errors or on every phone. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.

7. Rights

  • The game’s code, design and texts belong to us. The openly licensed fonts and components are covered by their own licences, listed in the game under Settings > Licences. The public-domain (CC0) art and music need no notice.

8. Changes

  • If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its new date.

9. Contact and governing law

  • İzzet Nacar, nacar.dev@gmail.com
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is not affected.
